Our management company:
We use an excellent and reliable management company called Doral Woods Management Inc. they are only a 15 minute drive from our home and are on call for emergencies 24 hours a day. They will correct any unexpected maintenance problems with a minimum of fuss. There is a direct line to their office from our villa. Their contact telephone number from outwith our home is 352 241 0162.

Emergency calls:
In case you have a real emergency you can call any time during day or night 352 241 0162
Please Emergency Calls during the night and weekend only if:

• You lose your Key (sorry but a replacement will be chargeable);
• You lose a member of your party (please call 911 first);
• You are totally lost "somewhere" and want to come back;
• You have broken something in the home;
• You have had an accident to your person (please call 911 first);
• There is a toilet blockage;
• There is a utility related emergency - like water flooding or a power outage;
• The air conditioning is off, and you have checked that it is switched on;

Call outs to perceived emergencies are at our management company's discretion. Please do not panic, someone will be sent as quickly as the problem demands.
