Welcome to our superb executive villa located in the luxurious Windsor Palms Resort, Orlando. Fitted with many upgrades it is fully air conditioned. We are pleased to offer our guests the same high standards that we expect to receive.
Our home is looked after by one of the best property management teams in the Orlando area. The ensure that your vacation will a memorable one.
Our beautiful home is close enough to Disney ( 6 minutes ) to enable you return to the villa at anytime during the day to relax, have some lunch, lounge at the swimming pool and then retrn to the theme parks to take in the evenings entertainment.

We rent out our villa to cover it’s running costs. Our vacation home is our home from home and not a multi vacation rental business. We have put together a villa information pack for your convenience, it lists a hints and tips with regard to our home.

Our villa is a designated non smoking property. Sorry, no pets or animals allowed.

Lounge
A perfect place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks. Sit back in our comfortable chairs, stick on a movie in the VCR or DVD player and watch it on our 32" cable TV.

Dining Room
The large formal dining table is perfect for that special meal you have planned during your vacation.The elegant furniture we have chosen is carried throughout the lounge and dining room and on into the breakfast bar at the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen which adjoins the lounge is the heart of our home and we have supplied everything you would expect from a home of this standard:
Glass top range, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator / freezer, waste disposal unit, A full range of dinnerware and kitchenware, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc.
There is no need to take home a case of dirty washing because we also supply a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Master Bedroom 1
We decided to furnish this room in a cool blue colour which fits in beautifully with the luxury furniture chosen to add to this sumptuous room. There is a king size bed, 20" cable TV, stunning en-suite bathroom and an enormous walk in closet.

Master Bedroom 2
For our second master bedroom we decided on a more traditional approach and chose a range of rustic neutral colours for the bedding to compliment the brass ware of the lamps and candle holders. This combination gives a homely feel to our guests.There is a queen size bed, 20" cable TV, extensive wardrobe space and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower.

Bedroom 3
This room was a delight to furnish, with it's lovely large picture window to the front of the villa we decided upon red and gold colourways to give a regal touch to this queen sized room. There is a queen sized bed, 20" cable TV, extensive wardrobe space and next door is a bathroom also shared with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4
There is a set of twin beds, 14" cable TV, Sony Playstation 2, extensive wardrobe space and next door is a bathroom also shared with bedroom 3.

Swimming Pool and Lanai
After a hectic day at the theme parks why not return to your vacation home and chill out in the exquisite pool or even better turn on the jacuzzi and soothe those tired muscles while the kids have fun and get rid of all that energy in the pool !
