2.I have always stayed in a hotel up until now, what is so different about a villa?

Disney hotels can be very expensive, for the price of one hotel room you can have use of our luxury 2000 sq ft villas with your own private pool. Our villa is superbly equipped to make your vacation unforgettable.

3. Why should I choose Your Villa?

Our Villa is a home from home with every conceivable item required to make your stay enjoyable and stress free.

4. Do I need travel insurance?

As with all holidays / vacations we strongly advise you get full travel / medical insurance.

5. Are there any shops and restaurants close by?

Within a 2 minute drive there is a great selection for you to choose from:
Splendid China (you can just go for a meal there and you do not have to pay to enter the park)

6. Why is your villa slightly more expensive than other villas I have seen on different communities?

We admit Windsor Palms is not the cheapest resort to stay at, but in terms of location and amenities it is certainly the best you can get. For that little extra you are guaranteed to have a fantastic holiday, with shorter rides to the main parks and free use of all the great on site facilities, when comparing prices please consider what you are getting for your money.

7. Is there plenty to do for the children in the villa?

There are 5 TV's , 2 Videos, DVD Player, Sony PlayStation and of course the wonderful swimming pool. A short walk away the clubhouse has pool tables, table tennis, arcade games and a play area with swings and slides.

8. Are all towels and linen included?

All towels and linen are provided, including a selection of beach towels for the pool area.

9. When do you advise pool heat?

As a rough guide pool heat is recommended from September till the end of April.

10. Do I have to pay for a BBQ, high chair or cot as at many other villas?

Unlike many other villas we provide all these free of charge.

11. Do you offer any late availability discounts / early booking discounts?

At certain times we do offer reduced rates, please enquire about your preferred dates to see if we can offer a preferred rate.

12. Are all the resort facilities included in the price?

All resort facilities are free to all guests at no extra charge.

13. Who looks after the villa?

We employ a professional property management company, they look after the villa and are also on hand to assist our guests. If there are any problems with the villa, they are on call 24 hours a day.

14. Has the villa got any safety features?

As the villa is brand new it has all the safety features required by state law (and more). They include alarms on the pool doors and interior lighting in case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also supplied for your families safety. We also provide plastic cups, plates etc. to be used in the pool area.

15. Is there a shop on the resort?

Yes, there is a shop by the pool. It sells day to day items such as snacks and drinks.

16. Does the villa have its own phone?

The villa does have a phone and local calls are free. To make long distance calls you will need to give a credit card number to the local phone companies operator. Full instructions are in the villa.

17. What deposit would I need to pay?

The required deposit is £200 / $300 and the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.

18. Does the home get cheaper the longer I stay?

Yes, if you want to stay longer than 2 weeks, we can usually make your vacation rate better, now if it is for 5 or 6 weeks, that is even better.
